Lish, can I just tell you how amazing you are? I honestly don’t know how you do it. You get up every single day like you didn’t cry yourself to sleep the night before. Last year, I remember you saying that 40 was going to be your BEST year yet. I had no idea that it would be your WORST. You lost your raspy voice. You lost your best friend. You became a single mother. Then came a pandemic. Then Hurricane Sally ruined your birthday plans. Yet, somehow you STILL keep going . Somehow you continue to uplift others. You continue to smile. Girl, I don’t know who God thinks you are, but you have to be pretty special. 

I know today hurts like hell. I wish I could take the pain away, but I can’t. What I can tell you is that Moe is so proud of you. Mojo thinks that you are amazing. You have your own Angel up there running things…oh you know that he is. 

Welcome to level 41. You already know that “every next level in your life will demand a different version of you.” This is the YOU that you spoke of when you embraced your 40’s. The number 41 expresses an innate sense of personal freedom.
